We cherish your business and understand the importance of fulfilling your order promptly and correctly, so all orders will be processed (but not necessarily shipped) within 2 days of receipt of your request (excluding weekends and holidays). We will ship within 1 week of processing your order. We will endeavor to keep the website as current as possible, but unforseen issues may cause us to backorder items. In these cases you will be contacted immediately.
At this time we only service Canadian customers and we ship via Canada post. If you would prefer Express post, please proceed to the Checkout and list the details in your comments section. The actual cost of the Express Postage will then be billed to your account. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly at 778-397-7575 and we will process your order individually.
Should you wish to pick it up your order at the store, please proceed to the Checkout and list the details in your comments section and we will hold it for you.
If you place your order before midnight on Monday, then a Wednesday of the same week pick-up is possible. Placing your order any time after that and your products will be ready on the following Wednesday.
ie. An order placed on Monday the 10th will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday the 12th, but if you place your order on Tuesday the 11th your order won’t be ready until the 19th.
Returns
Cherish the Thought will accept a request for a return within 10 days of the delivery of your order. The products requesting return must be in un-opened packages and be in re-sellable condition.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error was made on the part of Cherish the Thought.
When returning a product, please write the reason for the return on the packing slip you received with the original order and include this in the box. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper with your information on it so we can track the original order down.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the return and you will be notified by e-mail.
Defective Merchandise
Should you receive a product that is defective, please contact us directly so we can rectify the situation on an individual basis.
